About Us
We are dedicated to excellence in whatever thing we do and compassion for the human we’re doing it for. We’re in the kitty bizness, but more importantly, we’re in the people business.
Our philosophy is this: All of life is the business of people. Breeding these exquisite ragdoll kittens is just one way for us to enjoy our days and serve others.
Where It Began
“Mom, I know what kind of cat we want.”–Our only daughter
And that’s how it began. Sarah came home with a book from the Scholastic Book Fair. It wasn’t long before I went from breed-curious to breed-lover! We set out to find a pet first without any intention of breeding.
In the winter of 2016, our chosen breeder let us know that our family’s first TICA-registered ragdoll was born! We reserved her from the website, nervously. When we got her home, we named her Chamomile for her docile nature and deep blue eyes. After much research and discussion, we purchased our first ragdoll kittens for breeding.
With the help of mentor breeders in the Pacific Northwest, we began breeding for health, temperament. In 2022, we purchased our first show cats, Mr. & Mrs. Bennett.
We are TICA-registered Masterpiece Ragdolls.
Specializing in traditional TICA-standard, pedigree Ragdoll Kittens, we focus on health, temperament, & type—in that order. We specialize in traditional, blue-eyed ragdoll kittens according to the TICA Ragdoll Breed Standard. We work with traditional colors, Seal & Blue in mitted, bicolor, lynx, and tortie patterns. All kittens are bred from a well-studied pedigree. All breeding cats have been tested to ensure their offspring will be free from 49 genetic defects including HCM and PKD.
We want our adoptive families to be completely thrilled with the adoption experience and the ragdoll kitten. We offer a comprehensive health guarantee because we feel strongly about the quality of our kittens. We seek breed confirmation from judges in the show hall & we collaborate regularly with our 30+ years Ragdoll-specializing Veterinarian.
Our Priority is tied: Superior Client Care and Producing the Highest Quality Ragdoll Kitten.
Our vision is simple: to breed the highest possible standard to enrich the lives of humans. The adoption process can take time. Don’t hesitate to complete our Kitten Adoption Application. All kittens are negative for internal/external parasites, all known DNA mutations causing HCM & PKD, negative for FeLV/FIV, and are free of general illness/disease. All kittens come “with papers” (TICA). All pet kittens are spayed/neutered, have age-appropriate vaccines, and have 30-day full-coverage pet insurance.

The Ragdoll Cat loves her people and easily welcomes new visitors. Children can enjoy a cat without fear of capricious mood swings. Dogs drop their guard & dismiss the longstanding feud between the two species because this breed of cat accepts them just as they are!
Whether flopping or just laying belly-up, the Ragdoll is both beauty and hilarity. They are:
- Tote-able, Trainable & Trusting
- Nature-Made Fur Fashionistas
- Smary & Silly Socilalites
No wonder they were named CFA’s most popular breed of cats in 2024. The Masterpiece Ragdoll is converting dog-lovers into feline fur-ever friends!
Ragdoll Breed Standard
The ragdoll cat takes 3 – 4 years to develop. A breeder who is familiar with their lines will know how a kitten will mature in order to determine show vs pet quality. The following descriptions describe the fully matured ragdoll – not necessarily the ragdoll kitten.
Head:
Broad with slightly rounded contours. His ears will be medium in size, broad at the base and sit not too high and not too low (think of the 10 & 2 of a clock). Ears will tilt slightly forward. A well defined chin and medium muzzle is desired.
Eyes:
Blue. The deeper the color, the better. Wide set, large, and oval.
Coat:
Semi-long, silky like a rabbit, very little undercoat.
Body:
Medium-long to long and rectangular. They carry the adorable primordial pouch. A Broad chest leads the way and a dense torso-length tail stands tall. The Ragdoll’s strong muscles support the substantial boning.
Color:
Regardless of color, the ragdoll cat color is darkest at the extremities (ears, tail, feet, and nose). You should see a distinct contrast between ears and back, nose and belly. The only exception is when white interferes for patterning.
